and… the whole show is just about how happy he is to be her cat and how he thinks she’s amazing and the best ever

it’s a whole SHOW ABOUT HOW MUCH THIS CAT AND HUMAN LOVE EACH OTHER

AND HOW HAPPY HE IS TO ALWAYS BE THERE FOR HER

AND, AND, AND THE SECOND EPISODE IS JUST THEM REMINISCING ABOUT THE FIRST day they met…

are more precious to me than anything

I’m a dork, listen to out dated music, and have trouble talking to pretty girls. So I connected with Malcolm in a few ways. But he, like many lead characters, is the best part of us regular people. The part that overcomes their obstacles and risks it all for what they truly want.

Every actor brought a unique personality to their roles. The chemistry between everyone made it really fun to watch and added to the comedic and dramatic parts. Whoever cast this is great at their job because I fell in love with every character especially the main trio of friends; Malcolm, Jib, and the pulchritudinous Diggy.😍 

The score just puts you in the perfect mood for this adventure. Plus some scenes were really uniquely shot and establish such an enjoyable vibe and flow to the progression of the story.

It was a dope adventure with such great characters I just wished the plot was a little more original. ‘Dorky kids end up on adventure fueled by sex, drugs, and rock & roll (in this case 90s hip-hop)’. It’s been done before. Nevertheless it was so fun because they cooked up a fresh look to a used idea. One of the best ever in this genre.

Rating: 9/10
